The Surdna Foundation’s mission is to foster just and sustainable communities throughout the United States. Implementing High Speed Rail networks is a critical element in strengthening America’s infrastructure, increasing economic productivity, reducing travel time behind the wheel and greenhouse gas emissions as well as connecting people to family and friends.
