When you receive a grant from the Surdna Foundation, we ask that you please provide periodic updates about your work so that we may understand progress toward our shared goals.

Our grant application requests information about key goals, activities planned, and anticipated results; through our reporting document we loop back to that information and inquire about your progress. We're particularly interested in learning about what helps you to succeed and what, if any, challenges you encounter during the grant period. Please know we value your experience and encourage your openness and candor.
